I hate all of you and hope you will die in nuke explosion

Exhibition + Zine Presentation · Nahirna 22, Avtomatyka Institute, Kyiv · 2025

22.02.2025 – 26.02.2025

with Volodymyr Moiseienko

The heart of a young person is tender and sensitive, like a piece of silk. In the daily and inevitable collision with society, it turns into a permanent wound that forces you to grow teeth and immediately break them on the pavement. Resentment of life is not fashionable and not very productive, but the only idea of happiness can seem like the main enemy. If Volodymyr Moiseienko cultivates his own traumas inside and his experiences are intimate, Pawlo Dubinin desires to fight the whole world. To be against, to hate and to feel sorry: a philosophy of disintegration that can not make hermits less lonely, but unites them. Collecting reports from car accidents, Kip Kinkel’s letters, the desire to explore the extremes of one’s own body, masturbation with asphyxiation, finally, noise-screamo projects and counterculture zines are the most sincere manifestations of a maximalist soul. Industrial noise parodies the singing of birds, dirty poetry distorts the word of God, and emotions multiply by metastases. Someone will call this the aesthetics of the ugly and protest for the sake of protest, when for others such things are the only way to remain honest. Raised by guro-manga and local moshpits, Pawlo Dubinin and Volodymyr Moiseienko explore the process of becoming a beast.
